Coach Desi, from Washington State, brings a lifelong dedication to volleyball, having discovered the sport in seventh grade and continued through club competition, high school athletics, and two years at the junior college level. She remains actively involved in the game, viewing volleyball as a lifelong pursuit.

With over 15 years of coaching experience spanning club programs, high school teams, and university camps, Coach Desi has developed within highly competitive environments grounded in strong culture, discipline, resilience, and mindfulness. She emphasizes that long-term success in volleyball is built through commitment, confidence, competitive drive, and intentional team chemistry. Coach Desi is committed to fostering a positive, structured, and engaging environment that empowers athletes to grow, develop confidence, and progress through the game with purpose.
